Assessment and applicable framework
Initial installation survey, review of designs, certificates and previous reports, confirmation of the applicable oversight regime and definition of critical points to monitor.
Operation of electrical installations
TRE services to supervise electrical installations, meet applicable requirements and support safe, documented and technically managed operation.

Continuity, compliance and safety
The Técnico Responsável pela Exploração (TRE), the engineer responsible for operational supervision, oversees private electrical installations covered by the applicable regime. The service starts with an installation assessment and document review, followed by periodic checks, reporting of deficiencies and technical guidance for the operator.
Not all installations require a TRE: the requirement depends on installation type, location, installed capacity and use. We carry out an initial assessment to confirm the applicable framework and define supervision suited to the building and activity.
Initial installation survey, review of designs, certificates and previous reports, confirmation of the applicable oversight regime and definition of critical points to monitor.
Where legally required, the TRE inspects the installation at least twice a year, once in summer and once in winter, carrying out the checks, tests and measurements needed for the operational report.
Records of installation condition, supervised work, identified deficiencies and recommendations. The current official template is used and applicable procedures are handled through the channels defined by DGEG.
Reporting of safety-related situations, guidance on corrections and maintenance, assessment of installation changes and technical coordination where inspections, incidents or significant modifications arise.
Method
We start by assessing the installation and reviewing existing documentation. We then define intervals, critical points, contacts and priority actions. Observations are reported clearly, distinguishing urgent corrections, planned maintenance and improvement opportunities.
